Experio Building Design is the design and planning studio behind Experio's luxury garden rooms. We take every project from first sketch through concept design, planning strategy and photorealistic 3D visualisation — then hand over to our trusted construction partner, Ascentia Homes, for a seamless, well-managed build.

What We Do

Founded by Wayne Freeman, Experio Building Design combines creative design thinking with a strong understanding of planning policy, so every proposal is both beautifully conceived and positioned for approval.

We guide you through Permitted Development checks and, where needed, full planning applications — preparing drawings and documents built for approval.
